Convenient, Multi-Stage Blended Learning
The program is designed for accelerated learning with two exclusive MasterClasses, combined with the self-paced study of books and online modules provided to all participants. Every participant undergoes an optimally blended learning experience broadly split into four stages:
Stage 1:
In the first stage, participants build a robust conceptual understanding of the latest global concepts and techniques of managing the most critical sub-functional elements of a college, university or a professional education venture through insightful, self-directed study. This is done through two exclusive Online learning modules and a book included in the study kit.

Stage 2:
This stage is dedicated to the MasterClass 1. Covering 14 themes, the five-day MasterClass is designed to grow the professional capacity of participants to impact their educational ventures and enhance teaching-learning as well as student development results in their institutions.

Stage 3:
This stage includes self-paced reading of two books and an Online learning module delivered asynchronously covering aspects of business, strategy, and self-leadership. The stage should be completed through self-planned learning at least a couple of weeks before the start of MasterClass 2.

Stage 4:
This stage brings participants back for their second and final MasterClass, covering 14 learning themes and insightful sessions from education experts.
STAGE 1 - Self-Directed Pre-Reading & Online Learning
Participants start their program with two Online learning modules and reading of the prescribed text in Stage 1, which they can undertake at their own convenience and pace. This stage helps you build a common vocabulary and knowledge foundation, setting the stage for more experiential learning during the MasterClass. The effort required to complete this stage is expected to be 25-30 hours of self-paced learning. The content is powered by latest research and expertise in management & leadership education and learning.

The reading material is shipped to all participants on their registered addresses. The reading and online learning themes listed here were selected after an extensive evaluation of the knowledge and perspective needs of higher education leaders in the globalized environment today. Hence for the same reason, we may consider making changes in the structure and content of this stage at any time.
STAGE 2 - Residential MasterClass 1
This stage is an intensive five-day MasterClass. There are 14 themes covered in this stage, including a combination of classroom sessions, workshops, assignments, and case discussions. The sessions are designed for experiential learning in critical dimensions of Higher Education Management practice and leadership in real-life organizational scenarios.

STAGE 3 – Self-Directed Reading & Online Learning
Upon completing Stage 2, program participants engage in the second round of asynchronous online learning and focused reading. One Online learning module and two readings require to be completed by participants at their own pace. This stage of learning will refresh your understanding on a variety of issues inter-linking strategy, business, Higher Education Management, and leadership. The learning resources address the needs of education leaders to build a well-rounded understanding on how considerations of economic viability and financial profitability increasingly become integral to successful management of higher education institutions, missions and initiatives. An aggregate of around 25-30 hours may be required to complete this stage, and this investment will help participants well for their second MasterClass experience in Stage 4.
